01What you bought
SuperWallet is a multi-chain, non-custodial crypto wallet written in Flutter, with a Flutter web admin panel and a Firebase backend. Your users keep their own keys on their own phones. You, the operator, run the app from the admin panel: branding, chains, tokens, dApps, feature switches, push notifications, the swap fee and PRO pricing.
A fresh install charges no fee: the swap fee is off, every fee wallet is empty, and the fee can never be set above 2 % (200 bps). The package contains no Firebase settings, no admin address and no demo login of anyone else. You connect your own project and turn on what you need.
| Part | Folder | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet app | crypto_wallet/ | The app your users install. Flutter for iOS, Android, web and macOS. |
| Admin panel | crypto_wallet_admin/ | Your control centre in the browser. Flutter web. |
| Backend | crypto_wallet/functions/, firestore.rules, remoteconfig.template.json | Firebase: sign-in, database, Remote Config, push and 30 Cloud Functions (Node.js 22, TypeScript). |
Seed phrases and private keys are created and stored on the user's device (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore). They are never sent to Firebase or to you. A browser has no Keychain, so in the web build the user sets a vault passphrase that encrypts the keys in that browser (how it works).

04Try it before you install
Two public demos show the product with sample data:
- Wallet (web build): project-3c5ee.web.app — create a throwaway wallet in the browser.
- Admin panel: super-wallet-admin-demo.web.app — press Open Client Demo Workspace. Changes stay in your browser.
The admin demo is a separate build made with a demo switch. The admin panel you build from the package has no demo login and no default password (Deployment).

- Dark boxes are commands. Press Copy in the corner and paste them into a terminal.
- Grey text after
#is an explanation. The Copy button leaves it out. - Text in angle brackets, like
<your-project-id>, is a placeholder. Replace it, brackets included. - Paths start at the unzipped folder.
crypto_wallet/lib/…means thelibfolder insidecrypto_wallet. - Required marks steps you cannot skip.
