short answers.

The questions buyers ask most. Setup errors are in Troubleshooting.

01Frequently asked

Can I see or recover my users' seed phrases?

No. The wallet is non-custodial and keys never leave the device. If a user loses both the phone and the seed phrase, nobody can restore the wallet.

Do I need to write backend code?

No. You deploy the included Cloud Functions and configure the rest in the admin panel.

Can I run it without Firebase?

No. Sign-in, configuration, push and purchase checks are built on Firebase.

Do I have to rebuild the app to change the fee or add a chain?

No. Fee, prices, chains, tokens, dApps, NFT collections, branding texts and feature switches change from the admin. Icons, bundle IDs and .env keys need a new build.

Does the swap fee work on Solana?

Yes, from 1.1.0. Fill the Solana fee wallet in Admin → Monetization. Jupiter pays the fee into that wallet's token account for the token the user receives, so the account must exist (how).

Which fee should I choose?

That is a business decision. Wallet swap fees are usually below 1 %; a higher fee earns more per swap but may send users elsewhere. The maximum is 2 %. A fresh install starts with no fee, and you can change it at any time.

Can I sell only a monthly or yearly PRO plan?

Yes. Create that product in the stores and fill IAP_PRO_MONTHLY_ID / IAP_PRO_ANNUAL_ID and the matching backend variables. The admin pricing screen is built around the weekly plan.

Is there a macOS or Windows app?

The wallet builds for iOS, Android, web and macOS (macOS 10.15 or newer). On macOS the wallet, the app PIN and saved API keys are kept in the login keychain, so they are still there after the app quits and no keychain entitlement is needed for them. flutter run -d macos works as delivered. A release build (flutter build macos --release) has the hardened runtime on, so sign it with your own Apple certificate (Xcode → Runner → Signing & Capabilities → Team, or your Developer ID) before you run or distribute it; with the default ad-hoc signature macOS refuses to load its frameworks. Firebase Auth on macOS always uses the data-protection keychain, which needs the Keychain Sharing capability with your team; without it the features that need a Firebase sign-in (PRO checks, the crypto PRO payment, Portfolio Brain, push registration) are off in that macOS build, while the wallet itself works. There is no Windows or Linux version: those Flutter folders are not included.

Can I translate the app?

The app uses Flutter's standard localisation (l10n.yaml, strings in lib/l10n/app_en.arb). Copy the file to app_<code>.arb, translate, rebuild. Some screens still have English text in the code; check them before you promise a full translation.

Can I sell PRO on the web?

Store subscriptions do not exist on the web. On the web you can sell PRO with the crypto payment (PRO subscription) or grant it by hand (Admin → Users). The crypto PRO payment is never shown in the iOS and Android apps.

How many apps may I publish?

Your licence decides. Read the Regular or Extended licence terms on the CodeCanyon item page.

Where do I ask for help?

On the CodeCanyon item page: the Support tab or the comments. See Support.
